Dave has often been recognized by worldwide colleagues as an expert in the arena of telesales and customer service for his effective training techniques, innovative compensation/incentive programs and creative motivational ideas and game plans. A former member of the Ohio Speakers Association, Dave also spent 10 years as a public relations manager for numerous N.F.L. players on the Cincinnati Bengals, responsible for the creation, promotion and coordination of speaking engagements, public appearances, all forms of media contact including radio / television spots and newspaper interviews as well as the negotiation of shoe contracts. Dave has always been actively involved in the growth, development and promotion of the ATA (American Telesales Association) including terms as Vice President and President of the ATA Ohio Chapter. He has been published by international trade publications including both Teleprofessional and Telemarketing magazine, The Australian Telemarketer, Sales and Marketing Management, The Voice, Call Center Magazine, Telemarketing Management and others and he is often interviewed worldwide for his ideas and thoughts related to the industry. Dave has been a frequent keynote speaker and a featured presenter for sales, marketing and customer service conventions and conferences across North America and abroad including A.T.A., D.M.A., Telesolutions, TelemarketPlace, T.B.T. and the World Conference for Incoming Call Center Management. His presentations on employee motivation are frequently the most attended sessions and are often ranked as the highest rated conference seminar. Dave has privately consulted with companies since 1991
on Call Center and telesales start-ups, training/employee development,
compensation/incentive programs and motivational solutions and
game plans. His unique and creative motivational ideas continue
